Role Overview
Ocriam Kitchens is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer for full-time employment at the company’s headquarters in Larnaca.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the digital telephone system and record all incoming calls in the system.
• Register and forward customer complaints to the relevant departments.
• Welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring the reception area maintains an excellent appearance and operates efficiently.
• Digitize, archive, and manage architectural drawings and customer documents.
• Prepare and update digital customer files and complete related forms within the system.
• Support the Sales Department by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and sending confirmations to customers.
• Communicate with customers to collect the necessary plans and information prior to appointments.
• Conduct the initial assessment and categorization of new prospective customers (leads).

Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skills and professional conduct.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
• Very good computer literacy and proficiency in office applications.
• Very good command of both Greek and English.

You will be responsible for ensuring every kitchen is installed to exact specifications, with a clean finish and a professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Install kitchen cabinets, worktops, and fittings according to technical drawings
• Measure, align, and adjust components to ensure a perfect fit
• Handle on-site modifications when required
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients

Requirements
• Proven experience in kitchen installation, carpentry, or similar field
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt on-site
• Good communication skills and professional attitude
• Valid driving license
